Fortunately ShipUK provide a number of different all risk moving and shipping insurance options tailored to meet your needs.
Here is brief outline of our insurance options: (Please note: all prices for our insurance options are very competitive so please contact our insurance consultant to discuss your options).
Option One ‘Platinum All Risk’ cover – This is inclusive of loss, Breakage, Chipping, Denting, Scouring, Scratching, Bruising, Warping, Tearing and cost of repolishing.
Option Two ‘Loss and Theft’ cover – This is inclusive of ‘Total Loss’ plus individual item loss, but excluding breakage or damage.
Option Three ‘Total Loss’ cover – This is the most basic insurance cover available, it covers all loss of your entire shipment but excludes individual item loss, breakage or damage.
Additional cover ‘Electrical and Mechanical derangement’ – This will cover your electrical items for any electronic or mechanical damage suffered in transit.
We will provide you with our insurance proposal specifically tailored for your international relocation to UK. It will be ready for you to complete prior to the packing date. It will detail the terms and conditions of our insurance cover in "laymans" language - not insurance jargon, and guide you room by room through your home, making the whole exercise as simple as possible.
